Working with the strategic team with the lead of the Managing Director for future business development and plans of the centre, Didem is responsible for developing and executing the business plan, marketing strategy of the shopping centre targeting parallel to overall business targets. She leads the marketing team, creating the event management strategies focusing on potential and targeted visitors.

Didem executes common events and projects in coordination with other shopping malls of Multi Development.
