Bridgitte Mathews is the new deputy chairperson of our board

As part of Redefine's succession plan for non-executive directors which covers a process of staggered rotation to promote continuity of experience whilst encouraging fresh thinking and diversity in the effective functioning of its Board.

Bridgitte Mathews has been elevated to the position of board deputy chairperson and to the position of lead independent director.

Our commitment to sound ethical values and transparency forms a key pillar upon which our business is built, as it keeps us on course with living the Redefine values and protecting sustained value for all our stakeholders.

Bernie Nackan, a longstanding non-Executive director, remains Chairman of our Nominations and Investment Committees as well as a member or our Audit & Risk Committee.
