Located in a busy road at the intersection of Christiaan de Wet and Hendrik Potgieter roads, directly opposite Clearwater Mall, Crystal Clear is aimed at the bulk of shoppers visiting the mall as well as those living in the densely populated and rapidly burgeoning Strubens Valley area.

The success of the well established Clearwater Mall attests to the consumer spend of the large catchment area of greater Roodepoort and high volume of commuters using this busy road, particularly those commuting between the West Rand and Sandton.

“Crystal Clear comprises a total gross lettable area (GLA) of 868 square metres at ground level and 1039 square metres on the rooftop level. Already there is firm interest from Mochachos, Skippers, Baccini’s, Kauai, Subway, Maxis and Roman’s Pizza and we are currently in the process of negotiating a number of lease transactions,” he says.

Developed by a private consortium, the professional team includes VHS Architects and Levelheads property consultants. With construction expected to commence on site by mid-2013, Crystal Clear is expected to open in the first quarter of 2014.
