A well situated 7, 0767 ha smallholding in Paarl, along with various moveable assets including vehicles, equipment, office furniture and stock, will be brought under the auctioneer’s gavel during an onsite auction on December 12.

The property features excellent improvements and hosts a spacious factory with offices, 2 storage areas, shade net parking with outbuildings, 2 dwellings and 4 workers houses. The property presents owner occupiers and investors with numerous possibilities.

  • Moveables include:

Wine and vegetable farm in Wellington:

A 110ha wine and vegetable farm in Wellington, will be sold as a going concern during an onsite auction on December 14.

The farm hosts a large 5 bedroom manor house, dining room, office, 3 bathrooms, flatlet, function venue, workshop and a large store.

The property is situated in an area renowned for excellent terroir and good yields. Vines include: 16,457ha of Cinsaut, 5,92ha of Merlot, 7,72ha of Chenin Blanc, 4,26ha of Tinta Barocca, 12,83ha of Pinotage, 2.87ha of Cabernet Sauvignon, 5,82ha of Sauvignon Blanc, and 0,25ha of Muscat D’Alexa.

The farm features excellent soils for vegetables. 90% of the farm is arable, and 60ha are under drip irrigation. Water is sourced from a large dam and 3 boreholes.
