Yan Ng is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He is in charge of the Fund Administration operations and advises clients on all fund related aspects including tax and regulatory matters and the structuring and the establishment of funds in Mauritius. Yan is board member of a number of Mauritian funds. Yan has previously acted as an audit manager with Baker Tilly Mauritius and as a senior auditor with Deloitte in Luxembourg.
