ePlaces provides exciting solution to property information needs

27 Jun 2006 - Kagiso Urban Management -

Intro
ePlaces – www.eplaces.co.za - is a new and exciting solution to property information needs.

Take advantage of the ePlaces opening promotion and receive building maps, reports and nodal map views for free for Rosebank, Sandton Central and the Illovo Boulevard - with more nodes to follow soon. ePlaces currently have satellite aerial images available for 25 nodes.

The website is still in its development phase but it is envisaged that the ePlaces product will provide maps and useful property, planning, building and tenant information to enable development planning, marketing, and trade and investment decisions and resource management in all of Johannesburg's commercial and industrial nodes. The products and services includes, but arevnot limited to, building based maps of Johannesburg's nodes, building reports with photographs, nodal map views, property databases, satellite aerial images and nodal reports. Visit the website to view what products are currently available.

ePlaces has combined fieldwork, local knowledge, and relevant property and town planning data into a unique offering for developers; investors; town planners; property owners, managers and brokers; tenants and others.

ePlaces will remove the hassle and time it takes to source maps, graphics, images, nodal planning and property data, and written analytical reports of useful property planning and business information. Visit the products and customised-products sections for a description of each product and to check whether the product you require must be ordered or is immediately available for a specific Johannesburg node.

ePlaces welcome your feedback regarding the website, new features you would like, problems you are experiencing or anything to do with your experience of the site and products, so please them a line at feedback@eplaces.co.za.
