Leading US firm enters Qatar real estate market

RE/MAX, which claims to be the world’s biggest Real Estate company based in the US, has announced its arrival in Doha, Qatar.

RE/MAX, which claims to be the world’s biggest Real Estate company based in the US, has announced its arrival in Doha, Qatar. RE/MAX vowed to "change the landscape of the real estate market in Qatar."

According to The Peninsula, Al Jaidah Brothers will be the local representative of RE/MAX. Zayed Al Jaidah, of Qatar RE/MAX, said at a press conference following the signing ceremony that they would bring professionalism, ethics, training and integrity into the Qatar's real estate industry.

The Denver-based firm has more than 5,450 offices in 55 states around the world, including Australia, Canada, Europe, Central and South America, South Africa, Singapore, and Qatar is credited with being the 55th country in the extensive RE/MAX worldwide network.

Under the RE/MAX franchise name, the international and local business operations are all independently owned and operated offices. Each office provides real estate services in residential, commercial, relocation, rentals, referrals, property and asset management.
