New listings in property unlikely

Demand for units will push up prices

Prima Property Trust today announced a final distribution of 4,43 cents per unit for the four months from 1 January 2004 to 30 April 2004, representing a 3% improvement on the forecast.

Redefine Income Fund, managed by Madison Property Fund Managers, announced an increased interest distribution of 8 cents per linked unit for the second quarter ended 29 February 2004.
